Welcome to PixelVista. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a transparent and professional experience for both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm.
• Full payment is due before the final image delivery.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or technical issues.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• Deposits are only refundable if PixelVista cancels the session.

3. Image Delivery

• Final images are delivered digitally within 7–14 business days.
• RAW files are not shared unless prearranged in writing.
• Extra edits beyond scope may incur additional fees.

4. Copyright & Usage

• PixelVista retains copyright on all images.
• Clients receive personal-use rights (e.g., sharing and printing).
• Commercial use requires separate licensing.

5. Client Consent

• No images will be used publicly without your permission.
• You may withdraw consent for usage at any time.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time and be ready for their shoot.
• We encourage clear communication of preferences or restrictions beforehand.

7. Liability

• PixelVista is not liable for loss due to equipment failure or unforeseen issues.
• If files are lost, we may offer a reshoot or refund.

8. Editing Style

• By booking, clients agree to PixelVista’s artistic style.
• Minor adjustment requests are welcome; full re-edits may be charged additionally.
